At Dynlora Bedding, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable delivery experience for every customer. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.


2. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer shipping within the United States only.

  • Free Standard Shipping is available for all orders delivered to addresses inside the United States.

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping and we do not ship to territories or countries outside the U.S.

Orders placed with international addresses will be canceled and refunded.


3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–4 business days after payment is successfully completed.

Processing includes:

  • Order verification

  • Quality check

  • Secure packaging

  • Preparation for carrier pickup

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During peak seasons, promotions, or high order volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.


4. Shipping Time

After your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 5–6 business days.

Total estimated delivery time:

8–10 business days (Processing + Shipping)

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

  • Shipping delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, holidays, or unforeseen logistical events


5. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reputable U.S. shipping carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • Other regional logistics partners when appropriate

The carrier used may vary depending on your location and package size.


6. Order Confirmation & Tracking

After placing your order:

  1. You will receive an Order Confirmation Email

  2. Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with a tracking number

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update in the carrier’s system.


7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Dynlora Bedding is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses

  • Packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at contact@dynlora.store before the order is shipped.


8. Failed Delivery & Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Refusal to accept the package

We may:

  • Reship the order (additional shipping fees may apply), or

  • Issue a refund minus any carrier or handling costs.


9. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order appears delayed or lost:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date

  • We will work with the carrier to investigate

If a package is confirmed lost, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund


10. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


11. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be modified or canceled before shipment.

Once the order has been shipped, changes are no longer possible and the order must follow our Return & Refund Policy.


12. Multiple Shipments

In some cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately depending on:

  • Warehouse availability

  • Package size

  • Product type

You will receive tracking information for each shipment.


13. Holiday & Peak Season Notice

During major holidays or promotional periods:

  • Processing and shipping times may be extended

  • Carriers may experience delays beyond our control

We appreciate your patience during these periods.
